All you need is high-quality matcha, a whisk (or frother), your liquid of choice, and any extras like protein powder, sweetener, or flavoring. 1. The Traditional Matcha Experience

If you want to honor the ceremonial roots of matcha, a bamboo whisk (chasen) is the classic tool for creating a smooth and frothy cup. You’ll Need:

  • 1 teaspoon high-quality matcha powder
  • 2 ounces lukewarm or cold water
